Inter Legalis provides a range of consulting activities, including legal counselling, representation and coordination throughout business defence processes abroad. In the last several years we have participated in a number of bankruptcy proceedings, workplace restructuration processes, public tender adjudication and continuous counselling on matters concerning labour law and human resources.
Legal counselling, which was our company’s initial activity, is provided by a Spanish lawyer with residence in Croatia and over 15 years of experience in law, who works closely with local law firms specializing in different specific fields of law, thereby guaranteeing optimal representation of our clients’ interests.
